Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


We accept Switch/Solo, Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet
Shipping And Handling Due to the nature of our goods, all deliveries are made by Interlink Express Couriers which is included in the price. Except for certain postcodes, all consigments are sent on a next day delivery schedule for arrival between 8am and 5pm. There are extra charges for timed or weekend deliveries, please contacts us. This may vary. Catalogues and books are sent by Second Class Royal Mail post. Please note that customers from offshore locations (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands) will have to pay a surcharge of between £20 and £34.20 depending on location. We appologise for this added cost but it is due to courier excesses.
Delivery Schedule We will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 7 days. During our busy periods (April - Early June and September to October) we experience a high volume of orders and delivery may take 7 - 14 days from ordering. Please phone (01603) 716615 for advice if you need an urgent delivery.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. We are unable to accept orders from outside the European Union.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We believe that all plants are supplied in good condition and are of reliable quality. The Company will not be responsible for their health and welfare after the acceptance of delivery nor will the Company be responsible for the replacement of any plants which fail to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather conditions, vandalism, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond our control. Consignments must be carefully examined on reciept and any complaint notified by telephone within 24 hours and confirmed in writing within 7 days. Our liability for plants supplied is limited, at our option, to the replacement of those plants or to a refund of the price paid.
