This notice is for www.wildflowers.co.uk and is provided by British Wild Flower Plants, Burlingham Gardens, Main Road, North Burlingham, Norfolk, NR13 4TA.
What we collect
If you telephone, email or complete the enquiry form, we receive the details you choose to give us: typically your name, company, email, telephone number, project location and message. We use that information to answer the enquiry and, where relevant, to supply plants or open a trade account.
The online form checks that the fields are usable. Email delivery from the form is connected only when the nursery configures it. Until then, the form offers a way to open the same enquiry in your own email programme. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details through the form.
Trade accounts
A trade account application asks for business and credit references. By sending the form you authorise us to contact those references and to check credit with a credit reference agency. Invoices are sent by email.
Your requests
To ask what information we hold, or to ask for a correction, email enquiries@wildflowers.co.uk or write to the nursery address above. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how a request is handled.

Social media
The nursery has Facebook and Twitter accounts. Those platforms have their own privacy terms. We will not ask for sensitive information through them. Please use telephone or email for account and order details.
